[PATCH 1/1] zynq: mtd: nand: remove superfluous if

This sort of code does not make much sense:

    if (ondie_ecc_enabled) {
        if (ondie_ecc_enabled) {

Remove the inner if.

The problem was indicated by cppcheck.
