That is why I added this #ifdef here to avoid a build error.
I think it is a good idea to make test code as generic as possible
to easily add more test cases.

I believe that the original RSA helper functions (w/o WITH_PKEY)
should also be exercised in a unit test. Otherwise, the code
will only be exercised indirectly through FIT image verification
and such a situation will contradict what Tom (or Heinrich?) demanded
against my RSA patch.
