[PATCH 1/1] efi_loader: imply VIDEO_ANSI

UEFI programs like GRUB make change terminal colors which requires support
for ANSI escape sequences.

Let CONFIG_EFI_LOADER=y imply CONFIG_VIDEO_ANSI.
