[PATCH 003/108] tpm: cr50: Release locality on exit

Mon Jan 27 06:05:10 CET 2020
At present the cr50 driver claims the locality and does not release it for
Linux. This causes problems. Fix this by tracking what is claimed, and
adding a 'remove' method.
