This patch contains more than it says (removes non-DM init) and is not reviewed
by the subsystem maintainer. In fact, it is not reviewed by anyone outside TI.
I thought we wanted to establish the rule that code has to go through a
subsystem maintainer's tree or get an RB by them to improve code quality?
