[PATCH] mpc8xx: Expose show_regs()

To match the other PowerPC platforms the function show_regs() must not
be marked static but instead be an exposed global function.

I stumbled on this to see if the BEDBUG code still compiles correctly.
It does, so I'm submitting this patch to allow it to be in theory used
on mpc8xx.
