[PATCH v3 02/30] x86: apl: Add core init for the SoC

Simon Glass sjg at chromium.org
Wed Nov 4 17:57:15 CET 2020

Set up MSRs required for Apollo Lake. This enables Linux to use the
timers correctly. Also write the fixed MSRs for this platform.

(no changes since v2)

Changes in v2:
- Rename update_fixed_mtrss() to update_fixed_mtrrs()
- Add comments to enable_pm_timer_emulation() and cpu_mca_configure()
