[PATCH v2] mtd: spi-nor-ids: Reinstate Micron MT25QL02G

[Marek Vasut]

This ID disappeared in 5b66fdb29dc ("mtd: spi: Remove unused files"),
add the ID back, since the chip is used on devices supported by U-Boot.
