[PATCH u-boot-marvell 00/12] Small Turris MOX and Omnia changes

Hi Stefan,

these are some small changes for Turris Omnia and MOX, mainly moving
options from board config header to Kconfig, but also some other.

Two patchs are touching other mvebu boards.
