[PATCH 0/2] imx8m rom api fixups

While trying to figure out why I can't get an imx8mp to boot via usb
serial download, I stumbled on the distinct lack of documentation on
both the ROM API and the USB protocol, and what appears to be an
actual bug in the rom api interface code.
