[PATCH 0/5] arm: mvebu: Cleanup u-boot,dm-pre-reloc code

Hi Pali,

I ran 3 tests: UART booting, SPI NOR booting from SPL, and SPI NOR
booting from BootROM (CONFIG_SPL_SPI is not set). All tests work
great!

Synology DS116 (Armada 385).
