[PATCH v4 1/3] docker: install riscv32 toolchain

Heinrich Schuchardt heinrich.schuchardt at canonical.com
Mon Oct 3 18:07:52 CEST 2022

Add it to the Docker image.

Drop the riscv toolchain-alias as we do not need it in future.
