This is for sure wrong. You have not defined any MTD partition with
label UBI. So it would not work.

You should set CONFIG_ETHPRIME in Kconfig. $netdev is already ignored
by U-Boot.
And if you have only one eth controller then setting CONFIG_ETHPRIME is
probably not needed at all.
