I am able to reproduce the hang after enabling usbotg2, but this hang
is not caused
by the imx8mm.dtsi sync. The hang also happens if I revert the imx8mm.dtsi sync.

The usbotg2 is a different issue.

I haven't checked, but yes, it is very likely some imx8m-power-domain
changes are needed.
