[RFC PATCH 0/2] doc: sphinx: Add sphinx-prompt

Add Sphinx-prompt for more readable documentation and yet is
userfriendly for people to copy paste.

doc/board/ti/*.rst segments off to prompt instead of code-block where
applicable.
