Ah, sorry, I'm not really set up for this. The first patch branches
from Pali's RFC, though, so maybe it would be best to include my two
when the final mvebu changes are sent in?

I had to double check this as well, but CONFIG_MMC_BROKEN_CD also
enables bubt for some reason, so it's definitely still included in the
config but gets removed by savedefconfig.
