[PATCH 5/5] configs: am62ax: enable ymodem support for a53 spl

Automated testing inside TI currently relies on loading the boot-loaders
into the SoC via UART. Enable SPL_YMODEM_SUPPORT so our testing
infrastructure can boot (and test) our boards.
