[tiU23.04 PATCH 4/4] configs: enable signed fit booting across all k3 socs

[Manorit Chawdhry]

We are moving towards the standard fit signature booting that requires
the following configs to be enabled, enable them in all k3 socs to allow
signed fit booting.
