add orangepi zero3 to u-boot

You've sent a variantion on this email twice today. The usual process
for sending support upstream is via a git commit with appropriate
pieces. I suggest having a look at the means of git
commit/format-patch/send-email.

Other than just a config file, you'll also need to add the upstream
(from Linux) dts file. The OrangePi Zero2 commit [1] would be a good
example to base you patch on.
