[PATCH v2 26/43] test: Decode exceptions only with sandbox

Simon Glass sjg at chromium.org
Fri Jun 21 21:51:47 CEST 2024

When a real board fails we don't want to decode the exception. Reserve
that behaviour for sandbox. Also avoid raising a new exception on
failure - just re-raise the existing one.
