I use the same devicetree as rock5b[1] and I haven't encountered issues.
I also remember kernel driver has issues with mmc-hs400, which will cause
system unstable, but it seems that this is fine in u-boot.

Yes there is no spi flash on board. I will delete those SPI flash related

I copied these configs from rock5b. I guess someone should have the need
to do net boot through usb ethernet since there is also usb support.
