Please put some comments, why you need this delay

May be you can do

if (readl(base + PBIST_FSRF) {
         printf ("%s: test failed\n", __func__);
	return -EINVAL;

}

you want to over write previous error code and continue in case of error ?

Can I suggest to move J784S4 specific items into some j784s4-bist file.
and include there conditionally

#if IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_SOC_K3_J784S4)

#include "tda54.h"

#else

#error "BIST is not supported on this SOC"

#endif
