Hi Sughosh,

Making the memory above 4GB not available to U-Boot is deliberate.
The RK3588 has peripherals that can't address memory above 4GB.  Since
there is enough memory below 4GB, it is easiest to just hide the
memory above 4G from U-Boot by capping gd->ram_top.

If you look at the code in lib/efi_loader/efi_memory.c you'll see that
all the memory in the dram banks is added to the EFI memory map, but
that memory above gd->ram_top is reserved and marked as
EFI_BOOT_SERVICES_DATA.  This means that U-Boot and EFI applications
will not use the memory above 4G, but that memory will be available to
the OS once ExitBootServices() has been called.

So the LMB code should probably do the same: add all the memory in the
configured memory banks but reserve everything above gd->ram_top.
