CI found bug in Qemu which is reported here.

It is bug in Qemu and we have already asked our Qemu team to fix this but hard 
to say when fix reach upstream and then there is CI pipeline update too.
That's why the most sensible thing to do is disable these tests to be able to 
pass CI for dual stacked/parallel configurations.
