[PATCH v4 15/15] cmd: pxe: CMD_PXE implies CMD_TFTPBOOT

cmd/pxe.c (CMD_PXE) calls do_get_tftp() (CMD_TFTPBOOT) therefore add
an "imply" to cmd/Kconfig.
