[PATCH 0/3] board: theobroma-systems: update docs for new rkbin and upstream TF-A

[Quentin Schulz]

rkbin once again has been updated and our instructions are again
outdated. Let's make it harder to be outdated by trying to be smart and
try to find a filename that matches a pattern instead of hardcoding the
whole filename (which contains the blob version).

While at it, document how to build and use upstream TF-A so that one can
do so if they want to.

Also fix an issue with building Tiger and then Jaguar from the same
directory.
