[PATCH] sunxi: OLinuXino-A64 needs the CONFIG_GMAC_TX_DELAY=4 workaround.

Olimex OLinuXino-A64's ethernet does not work reliably by default.

It needs the CONFIG_GMAC_TX_DELAY=4 workaround mentioned here:
