There is a bunch of stuff that we need to set for the http boot,
including the loadaddr variable, set the httpserverip variable, get IP
address through DHCP if applicable etc, along with other network
settings, as applicable. So why only set the network device. Btw, this
is a tool for setting the relevant EFI boot option as an EFI variable.
In case of a block device, the device number and partition are
actually getting set as part of the device path. But in case of the
URI based dp, it is only the URI string that is required to be set,
which this patch does. This also is what the bootmgr expects.
