[PATCH v1 1/2] configs: Rename qcs9100_defconfig to qcom_qcs9100_defconfig

To align with the naming convention used for Qualcomm platforms in
U-Boot, renamed the defconfig file from qcs9100_defconfig to
qcom_qcs9100_defconfig.
