[PATCH 22/27] x86: efi: Avoid calling arch_setup_gd() from jump_to_copy()

The EFI app has its own way of handling the global_data pointer,
regardless of which arch is in use. Skip the jump_to_copy() function
since it calls the arch-specific arch_setup_gd().
