[PATCH 0/3] nxp: imx8mm/p_evk: Drop init_uart_clk

Cleanup the usage of init_uart_clk for i.MX8MM/P_EVK.

While at here, patch 3 is to add board_mmc_get_env_dev to make sure
env could be correctly read when booting from eMMC.
