TBH, I have not checked which boards are still using MMC_BROKEN_CD.

BROKEN CD is board stuff, not controller stuff. For DT based boards,
we need to use "broken-cd", and avoid using MMC_BROKEN_CD.

I think this option should be marked as deprecated.
