So, unfortunately this prerequisite feature in b4 doesn't work well for
us, or I'm doing something wrong. Both of these are applied to master,
now, but b4 wants to re-apply them, and then falls down.

This also, now, fails to apply cleanly to current master so can you
please rebase and resend? Thanks.
