SYSRESET is already enabled in arch/arm/kconfig by ARCH_SNAPDRAGON, I
think it would also make more sense to enable SYSRESET_QCOM_PSCI in
qcom_defconfig (I assume other modern platforms can use this driver too?).

Sorry that other series never got picked up, I was waiting for some
additional feedback but I'll take another look at it now.
