[PATCH] board: phytec: Add PHYTEC mailing list to MAINTAINERS entries

PHYTEC maintains an actively monitored mailing list for upstream
activities: upstream at lists.phytec.de. Add it to the MAINTAINERS
entries for PHYTEC boards we actively develop and contribute to.
