[PATCH 0/3] mmc: mtk-sd: DMA support

Here is a patch to add DMA support to the MediaTek MMC driver (mtk-sd).
I also took the opportunity to clean up the driver a bit by making use
of GENMASK() and FIELD_PREP() macros first.
