I am in the process of testing this across my devices, awaiting a PCIe
-> M.2 adapter so I can test on the CM4.

One minor nit, I think we should scan for NVME drives:

-CONFIG_PREBOOT="pci enum; usb start;"
+CONFIG_PREBOOT="pci enum; usb start; nvme scan;"
