[PATCH] configs: stm32mp15: Increase SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN

Using stm32mp15_defconfig with stm32mp157c-dk2-scmi.dtsi device tree
with optee-4.10.0, we got:

CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_F_LEN need to be increased to fix this issue
