[PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Replace Altera/SoCFPGA/Agilex with N:

[Marek Vasut]

Use N: to match on all altera/socfpga/agilex files, drop
the large list of entries which represent the same set of
relevant files and miss a few in the process.
