That depends on what you want to do. Do you understand the differecne
between TFTP and BOOTP (resp. DHCP) protocols?

You can use any of these, depending on what you want to do.

If in doubt, just follow the detailed instructions in section
"7.  Booting Embedded Linux".

it contains a detailed step-by-step instruction.
