[ELDK] Starting SELF image from scratch

I apologize if this question has been answered before and I am new to
embedded systems in general. I am trying to find some documentation on
how to create a SELF image on a JFFS2 file system using the "stock" ELDK
target RPMS. Can I use the ELDK NFS root system or do I have to create a
new target filesystem? Do I somehow have to go through a build process
via the rpmbuild engine?
