[ELDK] C standard library header files

Of course it does.

It would help if you provided at least a minimum of information like
which version of ELDK you isntalled, what your host distribution is,
which exact commands you used to install the ELDK, and which exact
commands you used when trying to compile the hello world application,
plus any error messages issued by any of these steps.
