This question is off topic here. U-Boot related questions should be
sent to the U-Boot mailing list, but this is not an U-Boot question
either - U-Boot provides low level commands which can be used to test"
things including PCI - for example, you can use "mw" and "md" commands
ro write to and read from PCI addresses, but actual testing of PCI
devices is beyond the scope of the normal ML traffic.
