What problem exactly?  There are some warnings in the log, but it looks
like the boot succeeeded, no?  The last line in your log is usually
followed by the actual startup - but you do not show this.  Or does the
board hang at that point?

For a comparison - this is the last bit of a successful ramdisk boot
here:
