[ELDK] problem in porting linux on custom MPC8540 board]

Thanks for your reply,
there was some issues with the memory allocation. that we are able to solve and proceed further.
now we are facing some different problem with ramdisk (that's what we think).
here we are attaching the booting information (terminal output). can u please identify the problem.
