[ELDK] ppc boot fails at PCI detection.

I really missed it , but the answer is No. In this case, again it has
problem.
No guarantee for a reliable boot.

The card works very fine with my Linux/Windows Desktops (p4 motherboard,
PCIv2.2/2.3) (Only thing is I need to Enable SATA opton in BIOS.)
Also the same PCI-SATA interface is working OK with ARM9 board with PCIv 2.2
only. (Sequoia has PCIv2.2).
So this Card should be fine.I could not check-out for only-3.3v PCI though.

Do you want to use SATA in U-Boot?
For my current application SATA support is needed in Linux. But its a good
idea considered as the Next step.
So as to have a boot from there, if possible.
