[ELDK] Another BogoMIPS question

Hi, the whole console output is below, and I can feel a real long
delay after "Mount filesystem ..." was printed.

And timebase value is 3125000 which is 50000000/16 and 0x2faf08 in
hex, and 50/6.7 is about 8, so I think the two is related and perhaps
I should check the register configuration later.
