[ELDK] Another BogoMIPS question

Hi, there is a little progress today.

I added some options to Linux, and then the BogoMIPS value went up to
more than 8, and long-time delay disappeared. But I got a big-fat
kernel.

Otherwise, I found a similary case in
http://lists.ozlabs.org/pipermail/linuxppc-dev/2009-June/073592.html,
and I think I should try 2.6.27.

I'll pull the configuration file later.
