You don't show how you create the initramfs image, nor the command
used to build the kernel and the uImage, nor your boot command or the
boot arguments, and you fail to provide a complete log of all boot
messages.

Based on so little input we cannot even guess what you might have done
wrong.


Note that this question has nothing to do with the ELDK and is
therefore kind of off topic here.
