[ELDK] eldk arm generate shared libraries?

Seems to be a problem with autoconf or how you use it...

Check the log files to see which exact command autoconf is trying to
run here. Also check that your PATH is set correctly, and that
CROSS_COMPILE has a correct value ("arm-linux-" or "armVFP-linux-",
resp.).
